By downloading or using Iron Logic: Gym Workout & HIT ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legal agreement between you and the developer of Iron Logic ("we," "us," or "our").
Use of the App
Iron Logic is a personal fitness tracking application. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the App
- Copy, modify, or distribute the App or its content
Iron Logic Premium Subscription
What's included: Unlimited workout sessions, progress charts, and personal record tracking.
Billing: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time through your Apple ID settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial periods.
Free Trial (if offered): Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Subscription management is handled through Apple. We do not have access to your billing information.
Health & Fitness Disclaimer
Iron Logic is a workout logging tool and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise program.
We are not responsible for any injuries or health issues that may arise from using workout routines logged or suggested in the App.
Intellectual Property
All content, design, graphics, and functionality within the App are the exclusive property of Iron Logic and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The name "Mike Mentzer" and related likeness are used for educational and informational purposes only. Iron Logic is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Mike Mentzer estate.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developer is based, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
